Welcome to Wedrop. These Terms of Use govern your access and use of our mobile application and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

"Company" refers to Wedrop, the owner of Adil Badshah Mughal & Syed Imtiaz Ali Shah.
"User" refers to any individual or business using the app, including customers and riders.
"Rider" refers to a person registered to deliver items on behalf of customers.
"Customer" refers to a person who requests a delivery service through the app.
"Service" refers to the instant delivery services provided through our app.

2. Account Registration

To use our services, users must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. Failure to provide correct details may result in account suspension.

For Customers:

You must provide valid contact details, including phone number and email.
You are responsible for securing your account credentials.

For Riders:

You must submit a valid National ID, driving license, and proof of vehicle ownership.
Riders must comply with local traffic laws and regulations.

3. Use of Services

Users agree to use the service lawfully and ethically. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Using the platform for illegal activities.
Providing false or misleading information.
Harming, harassing, or exploiting any other user.
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the system.

4. Payment & Fees

Customers must pay the delivery charges as displayed in the app. Riders will receive their earnings based on completed deliveries.

All payments must be made through the app’s integrated payment gateway or cash (if applicable).
Riders agree that any pending payments due to system errors will be settled within 5 business days.
The company reserves the right to update service charges at any time.

5. Insurance & Compensation

Customers have the option to select insurance for their deliveries. If an insured item is lost or damaged, compensation of up to 5,000 PKR may be provided.

Customers must declare the item’s value at the time of booking.
Claims must be submitted within 5 days of the incident, with proof.
The company reserves the right to verify claims before approving compensation.

6. User Responsibilities

Customers:

Ensure the item being delivered complies with legal regulations.
Provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations.
Respect riders and report any issues through the support channel.

Riders:

Deliver items safely and within the expected timeframe.
Ensure the safety of items during transit.
Maintain good conduct while interacting with customers.

7. Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed to be delivered through our platform:

Illegal substances (drugs, alcohol, etc.).
Explosives or hazardous materials.
Weapons, firearms, or any restricted items.
Live animals or human remains.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be available without interruptions. We may perform maintenance or updates at any time.

9. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Use. This includes:

Fraudulent activities.
Repeated complaints from users.
Use of fake documents for rider registration.

10. Limitation of Liability

The company is not responsible for:

Delays in delivery caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen factors.
Loss of items due to incorrect address provided by the customer.
Personal injuries, damages, or losses resulting from rider negligence.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through legal proceedings in Pakistan.
