What is WeDrop?

WeDrop is a same-day instant delivery service within the city, allowing customers to send and receive packages up to 10KG using motorbikes and bicycles.

How does the app work?

Simply sign up from mobile app, enter your pickup and delivery locations, mention item weight and type, and confirm your order. A nearby rider will pick up your package and deliver it to the destination.

What items can I send?

You can send anything such as:documents, medicine, food, gifts, groceries, and small packages up to 10KG. However, we do not allow hazardous, illegal, or restricted items.

Is my package insured?

While we take great care in handling deliveries, please check our terms and conditions for liability and coverage details.

Registration & Accounts

How do I sign up as a customer?

Download the app, register with your phone number, and start booking deliveries instantly.

How can I register as a rider?

Riders can download the app sign up through the Rider Registration section in the app. You’ll need to provide a valid National ID, vehicle details, and license information for verification.

Can I use the app without an account?

No, you must create an account to place orders or register as a rider.

Delivery & Pricing

How much does a delivery cost?

Pricing depends on the distance and additional services such as waiting time, extra stops, cancellation fees etc.. You’ll see the estimated cost before confirming your order.

Can I track my delivery in real time?

Yes! Our live tracking feature allows you to monitor your package’s journey from pickup to delivery.

What are the delivery hours?

Our service operates from 7 AM to 12 AM, but availability may vary based on rider presence near your pickup location.

What happens if the rider can't find the recipient?

The rider will contact the recipient. If unreachable, we will hold the package for a limited time and attempt redelivery. Additional charges may apply.

Payments & Support

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery and working on other payment methods as well such as Easypaisa, Sadapay and others..

Can I cancel a delivery request?

Yes, but cancellation policies apply. If the rider has already picked up the package, a cancellation fee may be charged.
